Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm is a municipality in Bavaria, Germany, capital of the district Pfaffenhofen. It is located on the river Ilm; it is one of 13 so-called “leistungsfähigen kreisangehörigen Gemeinden” or “efficient municipalities” in Bavaria. Today, we walk around the Hauptplatz, or Main Square, through a neighborhood and to the path along the river Ilm.
